Mark Hunter President of AdPrint Jury 29 September 2008
Bucharest, September 29th – Mark Hunter (Executive Creative Director, Euro RSCG London) will head the Jury of the 10th edition of AdPrint Festival. Hunter will team up with Richard Dennison (Creative Director, Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, London). Both D&AD Pencil and Cannes Lions winners, Mark and Richard will work together to judge the „classic” and „innovative” print works submitted in the competition.
Mark Hunter joined Euro RSCG London from Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam where, for three years, he was Creative Director on their flagship Nike account. Along with overseeing the launch of the Dance category and the re-launch of Nike Air, Mark led the development of Nike’s acclaimed Joga Bonito World Cup '06 effort, Nike’s first truly global interactive campaign.
Prior to that, Mark spent five years at BBH London working on most of their key accounts including Lynx, Impulse, Audi, Bertolli, Johnnie Walker and most notably Levi’s, for which his Twist commercial received a D&AD Black Pencil in 2001.
Hunter chose Richard Dennison, Creative Director from London based agency AMV BBDO as his teammate. Richard has been in the ad industry for almost 20 years, starting as a copywriter before switching to art direction. During this time he has worked at several of London’s top ad agencies including BBH, Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe and Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO where he has created campaigns for Land Rover, Waitrose, Royal Mail, Castlemaine XXXX, M&S, Virgin Atlantic, The Times, Lotto and Lego.
His work has been recognized at all the world’s major creative awards including D&AD, Campaign Press and Poster, BTAA, Cannes, Creative Circle and America’s One Show.
The call for entries period started on the 15th of September 2008 and will end on the 19th of December 2008. Please visit www.adprint.ro for more competition details.
